Since the formation in 2008 of the Maryland Marine Contractor Association, Todd Allen has embraced the opportunity to serve on the board of directors. "Working with my peers, M.D.E, D.N.R and local government agencies has been an uplifting educational process. Tough issues like property rights, environmental construction practices and permit process times have been top on our agenda.
